We had a fantastic stay at this warm and welcoming hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet blind alley just a minute away from Freedom Square. The metro station was also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and varied each day, providing a great start to our mornings. We also appreciated the small touches, like the daily room cleaning service and the complimentary tea and coffee from the reception. we felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of during our time at this wonderful hotel.
The breakfast room was located in the basement, which wasn't the most pleasant setting. However, considering the limited space available, it was understandable and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
